Grand Dunman Developer
Grand Dunman will be an exciting new launch in 2023, exclusively presented by SingHaiYi Group and CSC Land Group.
On June 20, 2022, the highest bid of $1.284 trillion was received during a tender exercise through Government Land Sales (GLS). This works out to $1,350 per square foot per plot ratio (psf perr).
This development boasts a large land area of approximately 271,000 square feet and an aspect ratio of 3.5, allowing it to build 1008 residential units and retail shops. The maximum height restriction is 18 stories over seven towers.
SingHaiYi was previously listed on Singapore Exchange (SGX), but has opted to be privatized beginning 31 January 2022. The Group is a rapidly growing and diverse business that specializes in real estate development, management and investment.
Both developers havea proven record in residential development, such as Parc Clematis and The Gazania, The Lilium, Twin Vew and Verdale. Furthermore, they own income-producing assets in retail and commercial sectors as part of their diversified portfolio strategy.
