Pullman Newton reaches new height of $3,729 per square foot
Based on the caveats submitted to URA by Oct 16th, the developer has already sold 334 condo units (98%) since the launch of the condo in September 2019. Skyline Residences saw another new high in the same period. This was due to the resale in Oct. 12 of a one-bedroom unit measuring 484 sq. ft. for $1.2 million (2,477 psf).
The seller purchased the unit for $970,000 ($2,003 per sq ft) in July 2016. This meant they made $230,000 profit.

On October 11, the sale of the condo was the first to surpass the $3700 psf mark. The freehold development will be completed before the end of this year.
This is higher than the previous high, $3,671/sf, achieved by the developer when it sold a one-bedder of similar size for $1.7M in May.
The record-breaking sales beats the previous highest of $2,436/sq ft which was achieved by the sale of a one-bedder of 484 square feet for $1.18 million back in August 2021.
The development, located on Dunearn Road within the prime District 11 district, consists a 30 storey apartment building housing a variety of one to four bedroom units.
Residents of the development can enjoy the hospitality services offered by Pullman Hotel & Resorts. These include a concierge, a doorman, and an attendant in the club lounge.

On October 11, District 15’s Coralis freehold condo achieved a psf price record of $2.255 after the sale a 1,281 square feet, three-bedroom apartment for $2.89million.
This is higher than the previous highest of $2.168 psf, which was set in August 2021 with the sale of an 807 sq. ft. two-bedder at $1.75million.
This was the first time the prices of the condo exceeded $2,200 per square foot. The condo was sold for the first time this year. The condo’s last sale was a 2-bedroom apartment measuring 861 square feet that sold in October for $1.8m ($2,090/sq ft).
The seller bought the apartment in January 2015 at $1.36m ($1,579/sqf). They made $440,000 profit.
Coralis is located in Marine Parade, district 15. Grovehill was the developer and it was finished in 2013. The condo contains 127 apartments, ranging from four-bedroom units starting at 2,842 square feet to one-bedroom apartments of 475 square feet.
Skyline Residences is a development by Bukit Sembawang Estates and Bukit SembawangView. It was completed in 2015 This condo, located in Bukitmerah’s District 4, has 3 24-storey towers and 283 apartments.
They range from 484 square feet, one bedroom apartments to four and five-bedroom Penthouses measuring 3165 to 3681 sq ft.
According to URA’s caveats, the developer sold 215 (76%) units since its July 2011 launch. Skyline Residences can be reached in just five minutes by foot from Telok Blangah MRT Station.
VivoCity is also within a short drive, as are Mount Faber, Labrador Nature & Coastal Walk, the CBD, and Mount Faber.
